my name yosef tsegaye: I will be graduate infield of electrical engineering after a three month begin from 12/2/2010GC becouse i am preparing project for my graduation at Haromaya university(the former name Alemaya) ,therefore i strongly eager to get further education opportunities . particularly, postgraduate which is not available in our country the so called Ethiopia. please taking consideration my greatest passion to upgrade my qualification and to help my country, I politely request you to fined for me free post graduate program in field electrical engineering , I look forward to hear special respond from the forum stands for Africa students
