Eligibility:
1) The selection criteria are based on the students` national examination results and their school reports.
2) The students’ contribution to school life is also very important and their nomination must be supported by a recommendation from their Head.
3) All students then sit exams in English and Mathematics to further test their academic ability.
4) From these exams and the information passed on by the Heads, five or six candidates from each school are called for a visit and interview at ISM.
5) Two students are then selected as the scholarship students.
Special Requirements:
The scholarship is aimed at students who would not normally have the opportunity to be part of an international school like The administration of ISM works closely with the Head of the relevant Government schools. The Heads are briefed on the nature of the IB programme and are encouraged to visit ISM.
