iam charles from uganda, i need your help. i completed a diploma in buissnes administration and i joined for degree programme which i studied for 2 years, and i droped out of the university bezo of limitated funds. i have tried to search any scholarship such that i can complete this course but all in vain since most of the scholarships are masters and phds.
