Secondly, what stage of your planning to study abroad are you in? E.g. have you selected the school you want to go to?, have you made an assessment of how much money you have and are looking for?, have you decided on what programs you want to pursue etc.

Studying abroad is quite involved and you need a complete assessment of all the details before you even begin to emotionally commit yourself to that goal.
