Dear Sir,

I am contented to take part in this discusion. This is a permanent statement as far as our continent is concern. This is a reality as to say that our over dependence on the developed nations. this is no doubt drawing us backward. I think it is about time Africans stand up and fight for their own. Times are running out and our people are not realising it. Our gov'ts are not understnading what is going on. They have an eye for money and care less about what is to happened next to the people they head.

This topic is one that is supposed to be discussed right now and no other time because we are running out of time. Africans are regarded as beggars infront of the so called the wealthy countries. This is a shame.

We have enomous resources and is time we develop our own resources. African countries are blessed with natural resources but we seem not to realise it. Few that have reased it are making good money and are handling their economies themselve.

No country was born developed and so we too can make, it is never too late. If we start today everthing is going to well.

Thanks and hope to read from the African Student Forum(ASF).
Saidu.
